If you can call into your voicemail mailbox and people are diverted to leave you a voicemail message if you don't answer their call, it sounds like your voicemail is already setup. Texting VM ON to 150 is how you can turn it on if its not already on. Our voicemail help page includes other useful information.
Is it a notification on your phone that is saying you have a new message to listen to? Sometimes voicemail notifications can become stuck. If you try leaving yourself a voicemail message and then listen to and delete that message that can help clear a stuck notification if that is the issue. Our technical team are also able to help remove a stuck notification if needed.
