I recently upgraded my iPhone 15 pro max to the iPhone 18 pro on a Business plan. Unfortunately the plan that I ordered online was actioned incorrectly and despite repeated calls to 150 and various agents telling me that they had it sorted, it appears that they haven't.
I have now been told that I should return my new phone so that I can go back to my original contract and then do the upgrade again. I have texted Return to 150 but all I get is a message telling me the different text messages to send depending on my query, nothing about how to send my phone back. This is my first phone with EE therefore my first upgrade and I have never been so disappointed in how difficult it has been and the lack of communication. Can anyone help me? I just want to go back to my original contract but I don’t have a lot of faith that they will do as they say and change my contract back to the original agreement.

Hi @Jan258
Welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear about the experience you've had so far, I can understand how frustrating it must be.
If you've been advised to return the handset and revert to your previous agreement, you'll need to Contact us and speak directly with the Business team, as we don't have access to account details or the ability to process returns here on the community.
Thanks
