EE business login to download pdf bills

Can someone tell me when the EE business website will be fixed so I can login to link my number to download bills. I phoned a few months ago and was told the site won’t allow anyone to access their account online due to being hacked and you are currently fixing it. This has been months now and surely it has been fixed but I still can’t link my phone number to my account to allow me to download my bills. I have to phone every month to ask for an email bill which is becoming annoying. I do ask everytime I phone for an email bill and all the reply I get is they don’t know when it will be fixed. Hopefully someone here has more information on what’s going.

If you're still struggling to get your number registered for checking your invoices online, I'd recommend getting back in touch with our dedicated business team, and they'll be able to say for sure what's happening with this. 

Whilst we aren't able to send invoices via email, if you've had an ongoing issue with accessing these we should absolutely be able to look into the option of a paper copy.

i spoke to someone again yesterday and there is apparently still a technical fault with no estimated time on when it will be sorted. Seems incredibly slow to fix an issue where i can view my invoices online. I guess will just have to wait and continue to phone each month so I can have my invoices emailed to me which they have done the last few months. Hopefully will be sorted by the end of this year!!
