You can request a replacement eSIM through your My EE account, by calling 150 or by popping into your nearest EE Store.

Ive stupidly made the same mistake. Now cant activate new esim as nowhere for the activation text to go

I'm sorry to hear that. Have you ordered a replacement? If not, you'll need to do that through your My EE account, by calling 150 or by popping into your nearest EE Store.

@abdulhai  then you need to make a request for a replacement SIM card.  Is the esim still working at the moment?   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
