We could always go to invoices and click on the download button but the button has recently been removed and the page options changed. How do we access and download the invoices now?????

If you open a bill and scroll to the bottom of the page do you have the option?
Can you try another browser?

Hi, Ive tried 3 browsers and its because the page layout has changed. the download button has been removed.

Hiya,
Yes there is the invoice drop down at the top to choose which one then 4 tabs at the bottom for history, direct debit and 2 others. oh and a 'was this page useful' at the bottom. which currently it isnt ;(

If you can try us again and let them know this option is not showing anymore for the account, they may be able to set up paper bills for you @Corkcranehire
