Hi guys, I am out of my mobile phone contract and got a call from 4Bussines 4U today.

he said they are an authorised service provider for EE and has offered some very appealing deals.
I asked for him to e-mail me over the details which he’s done. He was not pushy or desperate for me to sign up like a scam. Has anyone used them before? Can anyone verify if thy are working in partnership with EE?

Many thanks

Martyn

Well, they are not listed as 1 of EE's Direct partners (unless the no. they called you from is listed therein). Make of that what you will.

Hi there,

I understand your concern with "4Business 4U", but I do not see anywhere online that they are a partner with EE. If I'm wrong, someone will correct me. I have never heard of this brand before, and I recommend being weary of them. If possible, you could include the information they sent (please blur out your personal information!)

I hope this helps.

Thanks for reading! If my reply helped you, why not hit the thumbs up button? That way, it'll help customers with issues related to yours find a recommended solution.

My name is Chris. I'm from the UK & I've been an EE customer since 2013/14.
I try my best to help you out - but I don't work with EE.. (one day maybe). I'm here to lend a helping hand to those who may need it.

If you require assistance or to manage your account with EE...
Call 150 from an EE phone - it's free and you will not be charged.
Call 07973 100450 from any other phone
Call 0800 079 8586 from any other phone/and or Skype.

An easier way of managing your account is using My EE.
It's available to download on Android & iOS and you can use it online too.

Hi @Mkjoinery

as @MyNameIsChris7 and @XRaySpeX have mentioned, they aren't listed as one of our Direct Partners.

Do you currently have a business account with EE? With the name they have given, it sounds more like they would handle business accounts.
