hello. i tried to turn off content lock by putting my card and it kept denying i even called 879 and they STILL denied?? can any costumer service contact or respond here i’ll provide proof of drivers licence and also there’s NO option to turn it off or setting.

is it automated call like a robot speaking? so it can be much easier to get through? and also it’s monthly contract but theres NO option to turn off content restriction??

If it's a monthly contract, you should see the parental controls option in the plans & subscriptions section of your EE Online account.
