I went to Fleet EE shop theyy said call EE, call EE they say go to store as do not have credit card have debit card, stupid

@Andypow   The store should be helping you with this.  . Please read THIS   And show the store,

I went into the store in Fleet, they could not do it, so do I now have to travel 20 miles to another EE shop? I was on contract for two years  and when it endeed went to PAYG until i decide what I want to do, now I may as well move to another provider.

I'm really sorry to hear of your experience. As long as you have one of the listed, valid ID types they should be able to help you in any EE Store.
