Are you a pay as you go customer looking to remove content lock?
If yes, please either give us a call or visit your local EE Store with photo ID.

@Floratuitt : On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

It doesn't work for me as well, even after adding my card details.

But what I don't understand is as soon as I enter my credit card details, it shouldn't ask me to confirm my age again as to prove it, it ask us to add the same details.

You can remove content lock by logging in to your EE account under Plans & Subscriptions.
