Hint won’t let me change me security setttobgd to 18-+

Hi @Pppppttty 

Please go to How To I Turn On/Off Parental controls to change your Content Lock / Parental Controls on Pay monthly (contract) lines. 

If that doesn't work, please call Customer Service where a guide will manually change it for you. 

For Pay as you go (Pre pay) you need to call EE on 150 with a credit card handy to verify your age. Alternatively you can visit any EE store with some photo ID.
