Winback offer

Hi I recently had a call offering me a generous discount to comeback to EE it was called Er business Winback offer.  I asked for an email to ensure it was EE contacting me. I replied stating I was happy with the offer and would like to go ahead but have now received an email asking for my telephone number which concerns me that the number wasn’t attached to my file.  Does this sound genuine Thanks in advance

I can understand your concern with wanting to make sure it is genuine.

Did they ask for anything else other than your mobile number?

What was the email address that the email came from?

Do you also have the number that they originally called you from?
