Unblock third party

Can anyone help. 
I am trying to do a donation to children in need to no avail. The txt has come back saying the third party is bar, tried to unbar to no avail. Can anyone help as have to do this before midnight. Thank you in advance whoever may be aboto help. Frances

It sounds like there is a premium rate block on your account. 

 

You used to be able to lift the bar, by texting UNBAR to 150. I'm not sure if this still works, but it's certainly worth a try.

@Effie28  Open the my EE app go to settings>restrictions and enable call abroad and premium rate numbers.
