Money has been taken from my bank account unauthorized for the last few months and only just been recognized by myself thankfully down to my carers ,on contacting EE regarding this serious issue your customer service advisor was inappropriate and unhelpful regarding how serious theft is and her advice was an absolute mockery of handling issues regarding something so serious as theft ,this has been reported and evidence has been provided of this issue showing the money being taken from a bank account with no permission whatsoever ,if this issue is not handled properly and professionally then the police will be contacted, evidence has been provided and it is actually theft from someone's bank account, if this had not been recognized by one of my carers how long would this of been allowed to happen, your customer service advisor did not handle this complaint of such a serious matter and questions need asking about this behavior from a so called professional advisor , this theft has been happening without any knowledge to myself and a complaint has been forwarded, the next step will be reporting this issue of theft to the police and I will make everyone aware of how this is happening to customers and private bank accounts having money stole from by EE

@Benbutter1432 The first thing you should do it report it to the police and your bank.
