I went to Taunton EE store to swap from SKY Tv and Broad Band the staff no problem we will do it all for you I got a bundle, my problem is they cancelled Broadband, but not the tv, I think the problem is they thought I was on fibre for tv I was not I was on old Sky with a disk so sky Tv wasn’t cancelled they sent me bills for £66snd £108 because it was still live I have just cancelled last Monday but I have the bills which I have payed, and it’s your fault for not telling me and saved me the money, I am 80 and not technically if you do not reply and help me money wise I will contact my solicitor and the papers, your Taunton store didn’t want to know or help me very rude I am a stressed old man.
