did you give them your name because i just set up my broadband this morning, i’ve then had a call back this morning asking if my transaction was completed to which i said yes.
then just now i’ve had missed calls they rang again, they said they were from EE because of my loyalties to this service i can receive thirty percent off, so fitted in with my day right? i gave them my name and date of birth then i sensed it wash fishy but is it too late?

Hi @josie242
Welcome to the community.
I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team so they can flag this to your account and add some extra security. I also recommend speaking with your bank to explain what has happened.
Chris
