I’m getting 2 or 3 calls a day leaving me what sounds like a Chinese voicemail. How do I block them as always different numbers

If it's a different number then you cannot block them. Your only option is to block them as they call or change your number.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
