I have received these emails multiple times from what appears as a genuine EE email address?

Hi @DonnaMacc
Thanks for coming to the community and flagging these to us.
I've had to reject some of the images, as they contained your email address, and we don't want that to be displayed publicly.
While it does appear to be a genuine email address that they have come from, it is very likely that the address has been spoofed, meaning it hasn't really come from EE.
Can you forward the emails to phishing@ee.co.uk so they can be looked into?
There is also some further handy information on spam emails, calls and texts on our How to avoid scams page.

Hi,
Oops did it, my bad.
Yeah that's what I was thinking, I forwarded some of the past ones to that email address. Will do it again.
Thanks,
Donna
