Scam email?

I keep getting email messages like the one copied below.  I am assuming that they are scam emails.   Please advise.

Looks like a scam! The sender's email addy is a personal BT email addy rather than a corporate @???.bt.com addy.

Can you see the URL underlying "View your Bill"? Don't go there but what is the link?

Report spam emails to EE by forwarding the email to phishing@EE.co.uk .
