Scam caller?

I just received a cold call from Drew my apparent EE Provider who advised me as a valued customer who runs my account really well I had option to access some new features and benefits on my account. I was to be given 10% discount on additional devices and free next day delivery. Which is great for Christmas he told me. He was very polite but I kindly declined the offer. Is this a scam or the real deal. I’m always nervous of cold callers. Just wanted to report it either way.

Why is Drew your "apparent" EE provider? Is that what he claimed?
