Scam call

frabal
Visitor

hi,

I have just received a call from  020 35189361 offering an exclusive offer:

Sim plan:

-unlimited minutes

-unlimited text

-unlimited internet data

-1000 minutes International minutes

-12-month contract with 5G data

for a special price of £10. I almost fell for it until they started asking me personal data, like date of birth. When I said I was uncomfortable in giving these data they told me , we are sending you an email with a "secure link". I said I was going to call but I am not going to as it looks like these is a scam.

They claim to be the "promotion team" of EE network. The wording is subtle and tricked me. Just wanted to warn everyone else to BE VIGILANT !

I hope this helps!
