Scam call?

Hi

i hope I’m in the right place, I’ve just received a call from ‘Curry’s on behalf of EE’ offering to reduce my bill.

The number was from 01208 247384 (Bodmin).  Said they were from Sales/Marketing so couldn’t take me through security.

This got me suspicious since I just renewed my contract 4/6 weeks ago.

Anyone know this number?

I just had the same number call me except they said it was a promotion call on behalf of Vodafone. I told them to stop ringing me as they’ve called before and she just hang up. Last person that called was extremely rude to me

I received a call today from 01208247395 (Bodmin). Arrogant sales person wanted to get information out of me but half way I realised it is a complete scam. They wanted to reduce my phone bill by 30% and giving me unlimited data.

I guess it is a scam don't be fooled! Be careful.

Just had a call from 01208 247541 offering me an iPhone 14 pro max for £40 a month. Spoke so fast  I couldn’t understand her, then she did the same again when I asked her to repeat it.
Got disconnected and they have now called a further 3 times, which I’ve ignored. Definitely smells of scam to me.

HI

I got a similar call from 01208 607028 from Bodmin, England, and he presented himself as an EE Agent, and that he's giving me a 30% discount to my contract. And the trick is he will ask for your email address, and passcode to confirm is EE. Don't give him that passcode, he will accesss your account and sign you up for a £72 contract and order an Iphone 14 in your name.

It's a Scam! Please be aware.
