Scam but using 150 text number?

I got this text, from the usual 150 number but, it's very weird I feel, a little bit threatening almost and I know I don't have extra charges and I haven't got over my data allowance. But I clicked the link because it's from 150 but the link came up error after I logged in. I'm wondering is it a scam but how can it be if it's from 150. Can scammers clone 150 as a number? I've changed my password but it's concerning but EE do send me links in text messages.
