SCAMMING USING EE ACCOUNT

I have been scammed out of £2300 and the scammers used 2 EE phone account numbers that are still in use. Should EE forward this info to the police?

Will EE be obliged to pass these account holders names to the police if I make an official complaint ?

If the police ask EE & EE has their names. They will not have the names or addys of PAYG users.
