Hi @wood_sl

Sadly very common. The number will be different next week or when it is blocked.

Thanks

Just had a call from the same number. She said she was from EE and could offer me a 50% to upgrade.  I asked her to confirm she was from EE, and if so, tell me my date of birth.  She hung up!!!

Thanks for flagging this too, @HughC178.

If you haven't already I would definitely recommend filling out the form that @XRaySpeX shared above 😊

If you're ever unsure of a call in the future too, you can check up directly on the numbers that our team call from, along with our direct sales partners too.
