Had a call from "EE".
They were concerned I was not using the EE app.

So they said they would send me an envelope via DPD, which would have credentials for me to use to login to the app.

The story fell apart immediately as they couldn't give me a reason to use the EE app, and didn't know what to say exactly when I said I can just access the EE pages online with my account.

I did ask them how is this scam working out for them, but they hung up, hehe.

Report spam calls by filling the form @ https://www.bt.com/exp/help/contact-bt/form/scams

You already have the creds to login to the EE app, same as here on your online EE a/c.
