Ridiculous password reset process.

Had to reset my password. Which involved identifying buses, hydrants, traffic lights, at least 10 times, then had to do it again. They sent me a code, then sent me another code to my phone which I couldn't get overseas.

This is the 7th time I have had to do this. Does anyone suggest a better way? Or has EE succumbed to this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/En**bleep**tification

The ""bleep" has an "s", an "h", and an "I".

It's an article about customer service from tech companies..

@Nigel55 , have no idea why you had to do password reset, not sure what this has to do with EE either. Certainly not heard that one before, but which app asked you to reset passwords?

Not sure why you could not get the code overseas, unless you did not have roaming set on your account.
