What email address sent this email to you? If necessary, click "reply" (don't actually send the reply) And see who the email is being sent to. I don't think this came from EE.

Any email wanting you to "click here to update your details" and also pay for delivery, is immediately suspicious.

Looks like a scam. If you have entered any personal data, passwords or email addresses then I suggest you change any of those passwords and email addresses if they are used on any sensitive accounts.

That's a scam, one look at the web address is a massive red flag, sadly you haven't won anything.

.tk addresses are almost always associated with fraud, they have been for years, going all the way back to the spy Sherriff days
