Paying Direct Debt

Hi everyone just check your direct debt payments i have had 3 months gone out of my account to EE and EE credited my payments to someones account .. Not bad is it, They called me a complete liar when i said payments had gone. I had to goto bank and get a refunded Indemnity DD from that EE account. Not my fault But EE ,s Be warned Check Check Check

Hi I dealt with them.and now I need to set up another DD.sent a message to the manager to contact me to sort.but nothing yet.
