I am caught in this trap now too. After many years with EE over the last two days content lock has been turned on (not by me) on my phone.

For reference when I try to deactivate it the system first shows an incorrect phone number - one I haven't used in over a decade.

I have twice now called customer services to have the lock disabled only for it minutes later to turn back on. I have also used the new online service to disable it - which I was informed had been successful - only to find it had not worked and it was still on.

I work in cybersecurity and need to be able to access all manner of online content. If I can't get this fixed I can't do my job and will need to leave EE near immediately.
