Norton security

I just downloaded EE Cyber Security and accidentally  created a 2nd Norton account. Can l merge them? I had used the same password thinking that would have done it.

Hi @fibeattie 

Did you have a Norton account and subscription prior to taking the EE Cyber Security?
 
Norton subscriptions are tied to specific license keys and registration emails, multiple active accounts operate independently, so you'd need to cancel/log out of the account you no longer want, and log in using the EE cyber Security credentials. (You may need to uninstall and reinstall the app on various devices).

Hi Ali,

Thanks for your reply. I had Norton with BT broadband then switched to EE and downloaded it again via EE link as i assummed BT one would stop but it still appears to be there. Its all a bit confusing, I should have left it alone. My original AC has all my saved passwords etc.
