@Schockwave : No, I mean slammed! That is when someone puts in a application to take over your landline w/out your permission or knowledge. It could be their mistake in writing their addy or phone no. in a BB order. In such cases such a letter as sent to the OP is required to be sent to the householder by their ISP.
