I’ve had a text from 24 9 (looks like 249 until you click i for info) saying the following:

Thank you for using EE Broadband. We'll text you shortly for some feedback about your recent experience. All texts are FREE. To opt-out, please reply with STOP.

I wasn’t home at the time and had no access to any EE broadband so any ideas why this has come through?

@1631  Have you had EE BB installed ?  It’s a genuine EE text

Nope. We had it installed months ago 🙂

@1631   EE are only just now enquiring about your experience with the broadband

the thing is...the broadband is in my partners name on his account not mine 🙂

Hi @1631,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Have you or your partner recently contacted EE regarding your broadband service on your mobile phone?

James

Maybe your partner nominated your EE mobile no. to receive the free boost due from EE BB.
