I have forgot my password to log in on phone 

what can I do ,locked out for 5 hours now

Welcome to the community,

Is it the phone or SIM card? If SIM card, you would need to get a PUK code, which you can do by logging into your account.

If it is the phone, unless someone else has any ideas, you would have to factory reset your phone, just hope you have backed your phone up, so that you can just use backup to put it back once you have factory reset it.
