I’ve logged on to EE and can find no outstanding charge, is this a scam email?

@JessicaFohrmann You need to post that image without any personal information on it. It’s probably a scam if your account has no outstanding charges on it.

I received this email today. I’ve spoken to ee who advised they did not know and said to report it to phishing so they could double check. Just being a tad bit paranoid. I’ve not had an ee contract for about 6 years now! I didn’t click on anything or any link but just curious incase anyone received a similar email.
thanks in advance.

Looks like everyone owes £15.75 to these scammers.
