Is this a scam?

Had a call from this number saying it’s EE and offering a money off my bill offer of £10. The reduced amount did not actually match what £10 off my bill would be so I asked them to email me details then hung up and blocked the number 

Is this a scam? Genuine call? 

I can’t find a email reporting facility on EE

I don't recognise the beginning of that number, so you're right to be cautious. I recommend filling in this scam call form, so that our partner 'Hiya' can investigate it further.

That's strange, @Tom21 

Did you enter the number with no spaces/brackets? What error message do you get? Could you try filling the form in using a different device or browser please?
