Hello, yesterday, I called to have a restriction lifted on my other phone I was spoken to a simple task. At a very important meeting via WhatsApp on this phone, which is there working on all my apps, no Facebook, no, what's that no Instagram? No Gmail, only simple apps it's working on. I do not understand why I paid a bill for this phones this morning and yesterday it was a simple task on another phone and he all  I want it was something what should take 5 minutes yet. I was spoken to and sport talks into getting a better deal and linking the 2 phones together when i2 full working finances yesterday, and now I have to use hot spot and Wi-Fi for this device to work on certain apps. This is very frustrating and I don't understand why it's happening. I must have 4050 texts from EE, asking me the same question and having to phone 150 and way and wait and wait. And I'm very annoyed and I've been with EE for a very long time and I've just  Understand how this simple first, it's unbelievable why this do they make one of those more deals, you know, I've been paying them enough money for a PAN cheaper, this is not right? And I'm not happy that I've had to miss another face-to-face voice on WhatsApp with something very important. In my life and I don't get why they try to keep getting money out of you and talking when everything was running fine, I asked for a simple request, so I just I'm just not happy.  Customer, sorry, thank you very much.

You post makes little sense but i think you are wanting content lock removing? You can do this in your ee app or if you are on PAYG then read here: https://ee.co.uk/help/cyber-security/getting-started/switching-content-lock-on-or-off

Yes I'm sorry I spoke and it misunderstood what I said I'm too drained from
trying to sort my phone out thanks for reply and yes I wanted content lock
off but ended up getting talked into better deal that I wasn't really
interested in at that time as had important facetime meeting wich I ended
up missing, I have 2 phones with ee and both were working fine yesterday
yet after the call yesterday 1 worked fine and the other no intenet ,then I
wake up today 1 works and the other don't I payed a bill and still not
working on most apps very frustrating. I will Tey speak to them tomorrow ,
ATM no Facebook, Instagram, and some emails not working properly. Thanks

Hi @Bobbyboy1966041 Some great advice from @Northerner above, if you follow the link that they posted, then you should be able to get your content lock amended.

I'm concerned that you were talked into getting a deal that you weren't interested in.

You have 14 days to cancel your order, so if you'd prefer not to move to the new deal, you'd just need to speak to a guide who can cancel the order for you.

It does sound odd that some apps are working and others are not; Could you try amending your content lock, then give those apps another try please?
