I have started getting messages. New Broadband services as a EE customer. from inbox-austin@extra.co.nz also showing I msa@communication. With a link to open a new broadband service doc.

Obviously a scam. Can EE block these messages?

@Zippy2go  If it’s a text you forward the message to 7726 ( SPAM) and then the number that sent them when prompted.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
