Think I may have identity stolen it's showing I have a pixel 7 which I have and then another one on the account

I appreciate this must have come as quite a shock, but it's something our team will definitely be able to get investigated for you.

Just as a first port of call, I'd recommend changing the password for your online account so you can make sure this is all secure moving forwards.

Once you've sorted this out, please get in touch with our customer care team, and they'll be able to get things underway with the investigation.
