My daughters phone was stolen and between the time of the theft and me reporting it to EE, £238.91 of Google play transactions were made. I have contacted both EE and Google, neither of which were very helpful and left me feeling very stressed and frustrated. After lots of searching, I finally found the correlation numbers for the transaction and sent them over to Google on the fraudulent transaction claims form. They are now saying as they do not have access to my phone bill account they can not help me and have closed the claim. Can anyone give any advice to help settle the claim and get my money back? 😞

Hi @Danjonic1
Have you checked this isn't covered on your phone insurance?
Ultimately you should have set up security on the phone and play account, if you haven't then unless EE will reimburse (you can prove its fraud) or Google then you'll have to pay.
Thanks
