Hi everyone

I don't know if I've been hacked or conned or duped as 4 or 5 weeks ago I had a phone call from EE a lady called Maria who tried to sell me EE TV but this lady knew all my history and what services I had and my account number so I felt safe and after talking a while she told me she had looked into my account and was making a claim on my behalf that I had paid BT and EE for a few months at the same time while transferring  to EE and she would look into getting some money paid back ! after a week I got sent a text asking me to phone her which I did and she told me the full claim would be paid and that was that! That was 2 weeks ago and I've heard nothing.  I am worried now that someone has all my details as I've also had the iPhone offer and people asking for my bank details which I've not given.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

The text just says -EE-

How do i find the No of the text ?
