EE store txt but I didn’t order anything

Hello I’ve just received a txt saying ;

Thanks for your order placed on 11/07/2025. Your sales order number is (order number). We'll message when your order has been dispatched, with tracking details.

but I’m not even with EE and I haven’t ordered anything. Am I been scammed

I can appreciate the concern you will have about an order that you haven't place. It may just be that someone has placed and order but added their own mobile contact number incorrectly, which is why you're receiving the message updates. 

If you'd like confirmation the order is not linked to you, please contact the sales team directly. 

Which prefix does your order number begin with - XKO , EE or SO0? 
(please don't list your full order number here)
