Are you sure that EE have changed your number? They would not do it unless you requested it. Have you checked what number is on your phone?
I would suggest speaking to customer service about this, if this is indeed the case, as that does not seem normal, I have never had a different number, always the same, so worth querying it with them, as we have no account access here in the community and do not know who you are.
