Hi there,
Our website - www.stagweb.co.uk - won't load on EE mobile data for some people. We believe that content lock is restricting our site, but it's not affecting any of our competitors in our niche. Is it possible to get it reviewed and allowed for all EE customers?
We've checked it on www.blocked.org.uk and it doesn't flag any issues.
Thanks,
Tom

Hi @TP94
We've not had an update on the change of access to the website, which is why we've not yet responded.
However, to avoid any disappointment I'd just like to set some expectations, as other members have mentioned the services provided on the website appear to be aimed towards an 18+ audience, so it's unlikely the site would be reclassified on our Content Lock filter.
Have a look at What are your parental control settings? to find out more about the Content Lock classifications.
I noticed your site is "https". We block secure sites (sites with https in the URL) for all users with the 'Strict Content Lock' setting in place. This means your webpage will show as ‘Timed out’ or ‘No response’ for them.
Hope this helps!
