Hi,
few weeks ago I have call your services center and have asked to disable safe search for me.
she has said that time after verify my age and my registered credit card for my account on EE. This will take 24 hours till it’s done, but till now it has not been disabled.

Could it be Google SafeSearch on your device, rather than EE content lock?

I am pay as u go and if you read my first message. I done the ID check and my credit card is registered with EE.
