If you'd like your account fully removed from the system, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can delete your account.

You'd need to speak with our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to cancel the place change/order for you.

Hi @Ali390 

If you'd like to close your mobile account, you'd just need to give our disconnections team a call on 150 from your EE phone, then select options 1, 4 then 2 and a guide can look to get your account cancelled.
