Hello, I've just recently added on Cyber security Duo to my subscriptions, does anyone know how to get it onto the second device please? I can see where I manage this Add On on my online account, but every time I click on ACTIVATE, nothing happens.

Is it currently working on your own device through the EE Cyber Security app?
I found when I upgraded and kept it on from my last plan that it keeps telling me to activate, which it gives me an error for, but if I log in to the EE Cyber Security app with my EE ID then I can still access my subscription as normal.
