Checked my content lock with the text service and said reply with YES to activate full lock i replied NO and it activated it anyway now can't undo it without calling and the offices are closed like **bleep** I have a contract so know I'm over 18 so why can't I turn it off without having to call or go to a ee shop

You can do so through the EE App if you are on Pay Monthly.

Go to the Profile in the top right corner > Settings > Parental Controls and tap on "Change settings"
