Ii don't have a bank card to unlock content lock is there any other way too do it

You'll need to take some ID into an EE store to prove you're over 18.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

As a pay as you go customer the ways to remove content lock are by either giving us a call with a credit card available or by visiting your local EE Store with photo ID @rachelporter.
