Whenever I phone EE from my EE mobile to phone EE to complain about another matter specifically not being able to contact GUERNSEY mobile numbers successfully which does not work at all, they keep enabling my content lock back on without my consent .
I'm on pay monthly and am obviously over 18 so the content lock which i have never chose to switch on at all gets switched on by the ee agent over the phone without my knowledge

@Katherine90 Content lock is on by default have you ever requested it to be removed? please read THIS about content lock.
As for making an international call for you have a spend cap in place ? If you do is this set to £0
just text SPEND CAP to 150 and follow the instructions on the return message.

@Katherine90 If you go to the EE app and click the person icon top right then click settings and permissions you have the option to change content lock.
As for calling abroad ie out of the UK you’ll see following the above you can setup calling abroad just below the option of content lock.
