Change email on account

My email has been hacked and I am trying to change my email attached to my account so they cannot get access. But I can't do this with getting a code from my hacked email. Is there anyone that can help?

Any 2FA code is sent via text not email.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
